Challenge: Trinity Regional Health System was ready to update their website with a fresh look and feel, but felt it was important to speak to all their constituent groups (patients, visitors, employees and community members) equally.
Solution: This 1,000+ site required organization and attention to detail from the beginning, so we utilized client input into a site map exercise, ensuring that information was living in the appropriate areas. Based on that exercise, we identified the need for audience-specific sections of the site, and organized the homepage to be a gateway to those different sections.
Through design, we were also able to highlight the six major service lines at Trinity Regional Health System, and provide a rotating call-out that allows Trinity staff at their Urgent Care locations to provide consumers with accurate wait time information.
