Challenge: In 2009, focus groups and telephone surveys were conducted to gain better insight into how consumers in the market make  healthcare decisions including how they choose providers when given a choice. As a result, one of the goals of the 2010 campaign for Trinity Regional Health System was to acknowledge awareness and acceptance of consumers' gowing access to health information.

Solution: These "Medical Expert" TV commercials allowed TAG to put a spotlight on the new patient-doctor partnership while hilighting Trinity physicians as a knowledgeable local resource. The effort emphasizes Trinity as the health system with medical experts right here in our community. While they are highly knowledgeable, they are also approachable and accessible.
