Challenge: Although each market has unique challenges, all markets feel seasonal fluctuations in sales. With corporate Sprint stores and Sprint dealers present in all markets, Sprint needed to communicate to different audience segments within each territory and direct them to particular Sprint locations.

Solution: TAG developed zoned direct mail campaigns for the 14 state territories, educating readers where to redeem the piece.
