Challenge:
Coordinate statewide messaging for the physicians of Iowa Health System quickly and economically. Part of the task was meeting the needs of several client managers in a decentralized system that addressed both shared concerns and very local communication objectives.

Solution:
The situation called for a set of templated designs to address routine needs quickly while maintaining the ability to customize as needed. We constructed a “toolbox” of graphics and standard design schemes that made IHP messages stand out. We also developed a workflow process that allowed us to keep pace with their needs.
