Challenge: The area of elder care, physical therapy, rehabilitation and senior living is one that will continue to gain importance in the coming years with the aging of the Baby Boomer Generation. Friendship Manor recognized the potential of this market, and wanted to increase their visibility as an assisted living facility.
Solution: Great care was taken to ensure content reflected the diversity of not only Friendship Manor’s retirement community options, but also the significant improvements they had made to their assisted living facility to accommodate the needs of both their inpatient and outpatient clients. Anxious to avoid a stereotypical “nursing home” perception of their ability to serve, TAG’s Web Services team worked with the staff to highlight specific keywords to create accurate, effective communication to those interested in learning more about living at Friendship Manor. The design and programming development of the site also echoes their printed collateral materials, establishing and maintaining brand continuity and messaging throughout their marketing efforts.
